为解决现状雨水低排放标准区域内重点地段提升排水能力的问题,提出了以下解决方案:优化排水分区、提高排放标准,构建专排通道、实现系统独立,协调泵闸联动、强化应急方案等,以实现在不全面改造整个区域内所有雨水管网的前提下提升目标重点地段的雨水排放能力。以长江隧道武昌出入口雨水管网改造设计为例,通过采用上述思路和方法提高该地段的雨水排放能力,经模型验证和实际降雨的检验,证明设计方案达到了预期效果。

Taking the reconstruction of the rainwater pipe network of Wuchang Changjiang River Tunnel as an example, the above scheme and method are used to improve the rainwater discharge capacity of the lot. The model verification and actual rainfall test prove that the design scheme has achieved the expected results.
