陕西勉略阳三角区锰矿属低磷低铁 ,高硅或高磷低铁氧化锰矿。经长沙矿冶研究院DPMS永磁强磁选机一次磁选试验证实 ,在给矿粒级 - 6mm时 ,可将手选锰矿品位提高 4~ 8个百分点 ,锰回收率 90 % ;将跳汰精矿锰品位提高 10个百分点 ,锰回收率 91% ;将跳汰尾矿锰品位提高 9个百分点 ,锰回收率 90 %。提示本地区小型锰选厂应将现有的手选 ,跳汰等单一选别手段改造成为以强磁选为主的工艺流程
