1991年3月2日,辽河油田设计院研制的新型稠油电脱水器通过辽河石油管理局鉴定。新型稠油电脱水器的特点是,采取了强化原油预脱水的措施,使装置内的高强直流电场达到稳定;实现器外调节电极板间距,适应了稠油含水量变化幅度大的特点;在直流极板下方增设了接地电极,形成了预脱水的弱电场区,保证了上部高强电场的稳定;增设上层挡油板,改善油流分配状况;采用双列油流分配管和双列集水结构。
