目的:比较丝裂霉素与无水乙醇瘤灶内注射的抗肿瘤效果。方法:24只荷W(256)肿瘤大鼠随机分为三组,分别肿瘤内注射丝裂霉素、无水乙醇和等渗盐水,观察大鼠体重、肿瘤体积、行为状态、生存期及肿瘤组织学变化。结果:丝裂霉素组肿瘤控制优于其它两组,但毒性亦较明显;无水乙醇组肿瘤控制优于对照组,无明显毒性。结论:无水乙醇瘤灶内注射较适用于无浸润、转移的小肿瘤,对全身情况不适合化疗的较大肿瘤,亦可起到“减积手术”的作用。丝裂霉素较适用于全身情况较好、肿瘤较大的患者。亦可考虑采用无水乙醇与化疗药物相结合的办法,交替注射。
Objective: To compare the antitumor effect of intratumoral injection of mitomycin and anhydrous ethanol. METHODS: Twenty-four W(256) tumor-bearing rats were randomly divided into three groups. Mitutoin, absolute ethanol, and isotonic saline were injected intratumorally. The body weight, tumor volume, behavior, survival, and tumor were observed. Histological changes. Results: The tumor control in the mitomycin group was better than the other two groups, but the toxicity was also obvious. In the absolute alcohol group, the tumor control was better than the control group, and no significant toxicity was observed. Conclusion: Intratumoral ethanol injection is more suitable for small tumors without infiltration and metastasis, and it is not suitable for large tumors whose general condition is not suitable for chemotherapy. It can also play a role in “reduction surgery.” Mitomycin is more suitable for patients with better general conditions and larger tumors. Can also consider the use of anhydrous ethanol and chemotherapeutic drugs combined alternative injection.
