采用三维热弹塑性有限无法对压缩机的圆筒和轴承焊接后的残余变形和应力进行了分析。为提高计算精度引入了局部坐标系统和缩减积分法。计算了各种不同焊接条件下轴承的偏心和圆筒端部的径向变形。计算结果与实测值十分符合。本模拟方法可预测各种参数对焊接变形的影响,从而控制压缩机的制造精度。分析还表明在焊缝周围的热影响区存在着相当高的残余应力。
The use of three-dimensional thermo-plasticity limited analysis of the residual deformation and stress of the compressor cylinder and bearing after welding. To improve the accuracy of the introduction of a local coordinate system and reduce the integral method. The eccentricity of the bearing and the radial deformation of the cylinder end under various welding conditions were calculated. The calculated results are in good agreement with the measured values. The simulation method can predict the influence of various parameters on the welding deformation and thus control the manufacturing precision of the compressor. The analysis also shows that there is considerable residual stress in the HAZ around the weld.
