小儿夹滞发热证是儿科常见病。发病多由食滞胃肠所致。其发病多以午后为甚,一般体温近于39℃,伴有食滞、腹胀、口渴或不渴、手足心及腹部灼热、夜间烦燥、便秘或泄泻、苔白腻或黄腻。近两年来笔者治疗本证颇多,现将128例诊治体会小结如下。1 一般资料 本组128例均系门诊收治。其中年龄在6月～2岁33例,2岁～6岁61例,6～10岁34例,发热39℃ 以上31例,38.9℃～38℃78
