市场经济是法制经济,也是竞争经济。在激烈的市场竞争过程中,为了争取有利的地位,不被市场所淘汰,每个企业最为关心的应该是自己有没有竞争力,如何来进一步提高自己的竞争力。我们认为要提高竞争力,企业除了在客户服务、产品价格、产品质量、市场营销等方面做得比别人更好之外,还应该在加强内部管理上下功夫,切实有效地开展全面预算管理,用这种科学的管理理念、管理方法和管理手段,来不断提高企业管理水平,增强企业核心竞争力和软实力。
Market economy is the legal economy, but also a competitive economy. In the fierce market competition, in order to gain a favorable position, not be eliminated by the market, each enterprise should be most concerned about their own competitiveness, how to further improve their competitiveness. In our opinion, in order to improve competitiveness, enterprises should do a better job than others in terms of customer service, product prices, product quality and marketing.
