企业管理就是把组织的物质资源或技术力量,同人力资源结合起来,以便实现组织的目标的过程。管理主要有以下职能:决策、计划、组织、指挥、实施、监督、协调、控制、评价、创新等职能。 管理创新是指创造一种新的更有效的资源整合模式,以达到企业目标和责任的全过程管理。包括:提出新的经营思路并加以有效实施;创设新的组织机构并使之有效运转;提出新的管理方式、方法;设计新的管理模式;进行管理制度的创新等。目前出版企业管理存在的问题主要是:1.企业的忠诚不到位,缺乏凝聚力;2.资金良性循环不到位;3.产业结构不合理;4.体制结构和市场化程度低;5.所有制实现形式缺乏多样性;6.创新风险与权益分配不对称等。

At present, the problems in the management of publishing enterprises are mainly as follows: 1. The loyalty of enterprises is not in place and the cohesion is lacking; 2. The virtuous circle of capital is not in place; 3. The industrial structure is not reasonable; 4. The degree of institutional structure and marketization is low; The lack of diversity of forms; 6, the risk of innovation and the distribution of rights and interests and so on.
