我国上市公司信息披露问题一直是广大投资者非常关心的一个敏感问题。近几年,虽然从总体上看,我国上市公司的信息披露越来越规范,但是仍然有一些上市公司在信息披露时存在一些诸如利用内幕信息进行内幕交易等违规行为,给我国证券市场的长期健康发展带来不良的负面影响,我们要充分认识信息披露对于证券市场发展的重要性。本文试图对我国上市公司信息披露工作存在的主要问题及解决问题的方法作一些有益的尝试和探索。
The issue of information disclosure of listed companies in China has always been a sensitive issue that investors are most concerned about.
