本文通过对太仓地区快递业务与消费者之间的合作现状的调查与研究,分析快递服务在某些方面使消费者不满的原因,并通过因地制宜的分析,找出相应的优化措施。
Through the investigation and research on the current situation of cooperation between courier service and consumers in Taicang area, this paper analyzes the reasons why courier service makes consumers dissatisfied in some aspects and finds corresponding optimization measures through the analysis according to local conditions.
