艺术设计教育不同于传统的艺术教育模式,它是在艺术教育的基础上发展演变而来的一门独立的学科。它伴随着工业文明、工业生产而产生,是社会经济快速发展的必然产物。建国60年来,我国高等艺术教育事业取得了举世瞩目的成就,基本形成了具有相当规模、学科专业门类齐全、教学水平较高的艺术教学体系。艺术设计教育在综合性大学里发展更为迅猛,工业设计、建筑设计等边缘交叉学科在综合性大学的发展中显得尤为重要,艺术设计教育必然渗透在综合性大学的各个方面。
Art design education is different from the traditional art education model. It is an independent discipline evolved from the foundation of art education. It is accompanied by industrial civilization and industrial production and is an inevitable outcome of the rapid social and economic development. Since the founding of the People’s Republic 60 years ago, the cause of higher education in art in our country has made remarkable achievements in the world and has basically formed an art teaching system with a considerable scale, a complete range of disciplines and a high level of teaching. Art and design education is developing more rapidly in comprehensive universities. The interdisciplinary subjects such as industrial design and architectural design are particularly important in the development of comprehensive universities. Art and design education inevitably infiltrates into all aspects of comprehensive universities.
