“研究法”设计基础教学着重培养学生对形及形式的感受力及创造力,本文从内涵、课程结构、实施过程三方面阐述研究法教学模式的建构,分析了教师和学生在具体教学过程中所需解决的问题及课程目标。
The basic teaching of “research method” focuses on cultivating the students’ perception and creativity of form and form. This paper elaborates the construction of the research method of teaching law from three aspects: connotation, curriculum structure and implementation process.
