用6~10℃温度和0.02%~0.08%浓度的赤霉素溶液处理小麦种子打破其休眠,结果表明,8℃条件是打破小麦种子休眠的最适温度,不同浓度赤霉素溶液打破小麦种子休眠的效果差异不显著。泰安市农科院自育小麦品种间的休眠期存在差别,泰山24和泰山223两个品种的休眠期较短,发芽率较高,容易通过低温和赤霉素处理打破休眠。
The dormancy of wheat seeds was broken by treating the seeds with GA at the temperature of 6 ~ 10 ℃ and the concentration of gibberellic acid at the concentration of 0.02% ~ 0.08%. The results showed that the optimal temperature for breaking dormancy of wheat seeds was broken at 8 ℃. The effect of sleep is not significant difference. Tai’an Academy of Agricultural Sciences dormancy period of self-bred wheat varieties are different, Taishan 24 and Taishan 223 two varieties of shorter dormancy, higher germination rate, easy to break dormancy by low temperature and gibberellin treatment.
