第十七届中央纪委第二次全体会议明确提出,要把加强国有企业党风建设和反腐倡廉工作,作为2008年党风廉政建设和反腐败工作的一项主要工作任务来抓。深入推进国有企业反腐倡廉建设,需要我们深入学习贯彻全会精神,坚持党对国有企业的政治领导,进一步完善国有企业领导班子和领导干部管理体制,进一步抓好国有企业领导人员廉洁自律工作,进一步加强对国有企业及其领导人员的管理和监督。在国有企业党风建设和反腐倡廉工作实践中,需要正确认识和把握好“三个关系”。
