本文旨在阐述一项针对项目启动/概念阶段的管理实践进行的实践调查结果。作者对项目管理从业者使用的项目管理工具和技术进行了调查。调查结果显示,启动阶段的参与是项目管理实践中的一项重要内容,同时,启动阶段的管理实践又十分具体。作者从中悟出的结论是,为全面了解启动活动的性质,需要对项目启动阶段及在项目整个生命周期每个阶段重复进行的启动过程进行区分对待。
The purpose of this article is to illustrate the results of a hands-on survey of management practices in the project initiation / concept phase. The authors investigated project management tools and techniques used by project management practitioners. The survey results show that participation in the start-up phase is an important part of project management practice, and management practices in the start-up phase are very specific. The authors came to the conclusion that in order to fully understand the nature of start-up activities, there is a need to distinguish between the start-up phases of the project and the iterative start-up process at each stage of the project’s life cycle.
