中国少儿出版社温航在《编辑之友》1993年第5期上撰文认为,一个编辑成熟的标志是形成自己的独特的风格,而独特的风格则源于创造性的编辑构思。编辑的创造在构思选题和审读书稿两个环节上表现得非常活跃。 编辑的创造性思维是一种能够提供新颖的、前所未有的、具有社会意义的新概念、新原理,新角度的思维活动,它不是只依靠现成的材料进行抽象和概括,而是要在现成材料的基础上进行想象、推理、再创造、多维面、多角度、多层次地去认识事物,提出独特的见解和新的方法、设想和方案。能否在构思选题中运用创造性思维,除受知识结构、社会经验、思维能力等才能、才气的制约外,还有一个很重要的因素,这就是首先要有参与的意识和创造的欲望,而这意识与欲望,很大程度上来自对事业的热爱。 审读稿件中的创造,也需要编辑人员有积极的参与和创造意识。编辑不能把自己的劳动当成一种被动的和无创造的劳动。如果一个编辑在审读稿件时从未冲动过,那么,他是一个不幸的编辑。 说到创造,不能忘记灵感。创造离不开灵感。编辑的灵感应该说就是日常编辑敏感的升华。职业的敏感度越高,触发编辑灵感的机会就越多,如果具有强烈的创造意识,编辑灵感的进发就具有了必然性。
