髓母细胞瘤(Medulloblastoma,MB)是发生于小脑的恶性侵袭性胚胎性肿瘤,好发于儿童,极易通过脑脊液(cere-bro-spinal fluid,CSF)途径传播。近年来,人们对髓母细胞瘤进行了大量的研究,并发现了和其发生相关的常见的遗传学改变。同时,还发现了多种信号通路和髓母细胞瘤的发生、发展密切相关。信号通路的引入给髓母细胞瘤的个体化生物治疗提供了新的思路。本文综述了髓母细胞瘤常见的遗传学改变及其相关的信号通路和生物治疗。
Medulloblastoma (MB) is a malignant and invasive embryonal tumor that occurs in cerebellum. It occurs in children and can easily spread through cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). In recent years, a large number of studies have been conducted on medulloblastoma, and common genetic changes related to its occurrence have been found. At the same time, also found a variety of signal pathways and the occurrence of medulloblastoma, the development is closely related. The introduction of signal transduction provides a new idea for personalized biotherapy of medulloblastoma. This article reviews the common genetic changes in medulloblastoma and its associated signaling pathways and biotherapeutics.
