当前,国有建筑企业的人才交流日益频繁,企业的人员构成日益多元化,各种各样的文化交织交融。在这种情况下,如果处理不好,容易造成内部矛盾频发、归属感下降、人才流失。于是,如何有效地使企业的多元文化得到有效融合,是建筑企业面临的一个重大课题。中铁二十三局集团第八工程有限公司实现了多元文化的融合,有利保障了企业进一步发展。
