本研究运用高分辨率遥感影像和中高分辨率遥感影像相结合,采用面向对象的提取方法,对遥感影像进行波段建模和运算,从而对建筑物进行提取、识别,该方法的利用为建筑物提取提供了一种很好的方法,将其运用在地震前后建筑物的损毁情况对地震灾害的预评估起到一定的辅助作用,建筑物的破坏监测对灾情速报、灾害等级划分、灾害评估、应急抢险、灾后重建规划等具有重要的指导意义。
