高分辨率 CT(HRCT)目前是一种使空间和密度分辨率尽可能完善的 CT技术 ,是当今评价肺内小结节性病灶和细支气管疾病最理想的影像方法。由于该 CT技术的应用使人们对影像解剖学也有了更深入细致的认识 ,达到了“微观影像”的程度 ,越来越显示其独特的优点。本文就近年来小气道的 HRCT解剖、HRCT技术以及在小气道疾病状态下的病理变化与相应的 HRCT表现作一综述 ,重点阐述 HRCT在其诊断中的应用价值。
High resolution CT (HRCT) is currently a CT technique that maximizes spatial and density resolution and is the best imaging method available today for evaluating small nodular lesions and bronchioles in the lung. Due to the application of this CT technique, people have a more in-depth and meticulous understanding of the anatomy of the image and have reached the level of “micro-imaging”, showing its unique advantages more and more. This review summarizes the small airway HRCT anatomy, HRCT techniques and pathological changes in small airway disease and corresponding HRCT findings in recent years, and highlights the value of HRCT in its diagnosis.
