铁路混凝土工程施工中结构裂缝发生的原因是复杂的,它不仅影响铁路工程结构的美观,也会降低结构混凝土的强度,影响铁路工程结构的使用性能和使用寿命。因此,通过合理设计混凝土配合比、采取有效的技术措施、提高施工技术水平,把裂缝宽度控制在设计范围内,最大程度减少混凝土裂缝的产生,减少裂缝造成的危害,进而提高整个铁路工程施工质量。对铁路工程施工中混凝土裂缝的成因及措施进行了探讨,希望对相关从业人员具有借鉴意义。
The causes of structural cracks in railway concrete construction are complicated. It not only affects the aesthetics of railway engineering structure, but also reduces the strength of structural concrete and affects the service performance and service life of railway engineering structure. Therefore, through reasonable design of concrete mix, effective technical measures to improve the level of construction technology, the crack width control in the design range, minimize the occurrence of concrete cracks and reduce the damage caused by cracks, and thus improve the quality of the entire railway construction . The causes and measures of concrete cracks in railway construction are discussed, and it is hoped that it can be used as a reference for relevant employees.
