地方高校新工科专业建设的探索与实践 摘 要：实践新工科教育改革是地方高校发展的历史机遇。文章基于地方高校新工科建设目标与内涵的分析，以“五新”新工科教育范式为准则，对地方高校传统工科专业建设进行了剖析反思，提出地方高校新工科专业建设的实践逻辑转向，并开展了专业层面整体的新工科教育改革探索与实践。关键词：地方高校;新工科;专业建设中图分类号：G640 文献标志码：A 文章编号：2096-000X（2021）34-0067-05Abstract： The practice of new engineering education is a historical opportunity for the development of local universities. Based on the analysis of the goal and connotation of the construction of new engineering in local universities， taking the "five new" of new engineering education paradigm as the criterion， this paper analyzes and reflects on the construction of traditional engineering specialty in local universities， puts forward the practical logic turn of the construction of new engineering specialty in local universities， and carries out the exploration and practice of the overall reform of new engineering education at the professional level.Keywords： local universities; new engineering; specialty construction随着我国社会发展，社会主要矛盾的变化，“供给决定需求”的新经济发展规律，通过产业升级换代，对我国工程教育的改革和发展提出了新的需求和挑战，习近平总书记指出：“我们对高等教育的需要比以往任何时候都更加迫切”。
