本文应用体外细胞培养方法对大同煤(属烟煤中的弱粘结煤)和汾西煤(属烟煤中的焦煤)的毒性进行比较,结果表明,大同煤对肺巨噬细胞的毒作用显著高于汾西煤,似与现场调查结果相近。
In this paper, the in vitro cell culture method was used to compare the toxicity of Datong coal (weakly bonded coal in bituminous coal) and Fenxi coal (coking coal in bituminous coal). The results showed that the toxicity of Datong coal to lung macrophages was significantly higher than that of Fen West coal, it seems similar to the field survey results.
