[目的]了解两系杂交稻稻曲病抗性遗传特征。[方法]该研究选用中感稻曲病两系不育系33s和30个感病恢复系及23个抗病恢复系配组,分别鉴定了杂交组合和对应亲本的抗性水平。[结果]30个感病恢复系所配组合均感病;23个抗病恢复系所配组合抗性遗传有显性、不完全显性和隐性,其中显性和不完全显性遗传占87.0%。杂种F1稻曲病病穗率、病情指数、平均每穗病粒数和单穗最高病粒数与恢复系对应指标极显著正相关。[结论]该研究为两系杂交水稻抗性遗传改良提供参考。
[Objective] The research aimed to understand the genetic characteristics of resistance in two-line hybrid rice. [Method] In this study, we selected 33s and 30 susceptible restorer lines and 23 restorer lines from the two lines with neutral susceptibility to False smut and identified the resistance levels of the hybrid combinations and their corresponding parents. [Result] All the 30 susceptible restorer lines were susceptible to the combination. The resistance combinations of the 23 restorer lines were dominant, incompletely dominant and recessive, of which the dominant and incomplete dominant 87.0%. The disease panicle index, disease index, the average number of panicle per panicle and the maximum number of single panicles per panicle were significantly and positively correlated with those of restorer lines. [Conclusion] This study provided a reference for the genetic improvement of resistance in two-line hybrid rice.
