政府、企业、社会团队等各种组织越来越依靠信息系统进行运营管理,由于信息系统日益复杂、动态变化且与管理问题交织,一些组织内部出现了信息系统实用化程度不良的现象,影响了信息化效能的发挥。分析了信息系统应用存在的问题,总结相关管理领域最佳实践,提出建立信息系统应用成熟度评价模型,构建通用的信息系统应用水平评价体系。该模型的有效性在某大型电力企业实际应用中得到了验证。
Various organizations such as government, enterprises and social teams rely more and more on information systems for operation and management. Due to the increasingly complex and dynamic information systems and their interweaving with management issues, some organizations have experienced a problem of poor practicality of information systems, affecting Information technology to play. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the application of information system, summarizes the best practices in the field of management, puts forward the establishment of information system application maturity evaluation model and the establishment of a common information system application level evaluation system. The validity of this model has been verified in the practical application of a large power company.
