会议通知是会议准备工作的重要一环。 会议通知由标题、正文和落款三部分组成。标题要简明扼要,可用一句话准确概括地反映通知的主要内容。会议通知的标题一般由制发机关名称、会议名称加“通知”组成,例如“××县委关于召开全县经济工作会议的通知”。通知的正文要写明会议是谁决定召开的,开会的时间、地点、会期、参加人员、议题,与会人员应做哪些准备以及对参会人员的要求。落款写在通知正文的右下方,署名要写制发通知单位的全称或者规范化简称,制发通知的时间写在落款的下方。
Meeting notice is an important part of the preparatory work for the meeting. The notice of the meeting consists of three parts: the title, the text and the inscription. The title should be concise and can be summarized in a single sentence to reflect the main contents of the notice. The title of the meeting notice generally consists of the name of the issuing authority and the name of the meeting plus a “notice”, for example, “XX County Party Committee Circular on Holding a County Economic Work Conference.” The main body of the notice shall state who decided to convene the meeting, the time, place, duration of the meeting, participants, topics, what preparations should be made by the participants and the requirements for the participants. The inscription should be written in the lower right of the main body of the notice. The name of the inscription shall be the full name of the notifying organization or the abbreviation of the standard. The time for issuing the notice shall be written under the inscription.
