通过计算含铌铁液在1 573 K、铌含量为0.027%、0.013%、0.006%的氧活度,比较含铌铁液脱硅、脱磷及脱锰终点的氧活度的大小,确定含铌铁液脱磷过程中,铌、锰、硅含量的变化。结果表明:保持含铌铁液氧活度是9.471×10-5时,铁液中的锰基本不变化,硅可全部脱除,铌含量显著减少到0.013%。氧化钡脱磷效果优于氧化钙脱磷效果。
By calculating the oxygen activity of niobium containing iron at 1 573 K, niobium content of 0.027%, 0.013% and 0.006%, comparing the oxygen activity of the niobium containing iron liquid desiliconization, dephosphorization and the end of demonization, Changes of niobium, manganese and silicon contents during dephosphorization of niobium molten iron.
