习主席在古田会议上鲜明提出,要着力培养有灵魂、有本事、有血性、有品德的新一代革命军人。培养“四有”新一代革命军人,对于实现中国梦强军梦大有裨益,意义重大,而中华优秀传统文化无疑就是其培育和发展得到精神沃土。新“四有”革命军人就是利箭,优秀传统文化就是满弓,两者的结合,就是塑造新形势下实现强军目标人才队伍的最有效途径。
Chairman Xi made a clear statement at the Gutian Conference that efforts must be made to cultivate a new generation of revolutionary soldiers who have soul, ability, bloody character and moral character. To cultivate a new generation of “revolutionary” servicemen of the “four generations” is of great benefit to the realization of the dreams and strong military dreams in China. The outstanding Chinese traditional culture undoubtedly is the fertile ground for its cultivation and development. The combination of the two is the most effective way to create the contingent of qualified military personnel with a strong military target in the new situation.
