随着工程施工单位之间竞争的日益激烈,工程项目利润空间的逐步减小,另外,施工单位内外风险因素增加,加强内部控制已成为施工单位迫在眉睫的任务重点,内部控制有助于施工单位提高工程效益,减少工程施工过程中不必要的费用支出。本文从内部控制的含义和意义出发,分析了当前公路事业施工单位内部控制面临的现状和难题,并提出了相应的对策建议。
