今年2月,国家批准实施《广西北部湾经济区发展规划》(以下简称《规划》)。这是党中央、国务院深入实施西部大开发,完善区域经济布局,促进区域协调发展、深化对外开放作出的重大战略决策。《规划》把旅游业纳入了发展范畴,提出要“立足旅游需求,发挥特色优势,依托中国优秀旅游城市,把北部湾经济区培育成为国际区域性国际旅游日的地和旅游促进中心。完善旅游产品体系,积极发展生态旅游、康体旅游、温泉旅游、邮轮游艇、海岛旅游、自驾车旅游等休闲度假旅游产品,依托国家4A 级以上旅游景点,打造旅游精品,构筑泛北部湾旅游圈。加强旅游基础设施和公共服务体系、安全与质量保障体系建没,大力提升旅游业服务水平”。《规划》的实施,给广西旅游业的发展带来了千载难逢的发展机遇。近日,记者从自治区旅游局获悉,广西旅游部门已经绘制了五年内环北部湾旅游业发展的宏伟蓝图,目前正紧紧抓住《规划》实施的重大机遇,进一步推进环北部湾旅游业的开放、开发与合作。
