在医院经营管理之中财务管理占据了重要的地位,作为一项重要的的工作,是现阶段我国医院经济发展的关键因素。此外,伴随着新医改的不断深入与发展,医院财务内部控制受到社会的关注,只有积极完善财务内部控制才能规范医院财务管理工作。在本次研究中,笔者主要分析医院财务内部控制,并对财务内部控制以及风险管理所存在的问题进行探究,提出有效措施。
Financial management occupies an important position in the operation and management of the hospital. As an important work, it is the key factor for the hospital’s economic development in our country at this stage. In addition, along with the continuous deepening and development of new medical reform, the internal financial control of the hospital receives the public’s attention. Only by properly improving the financial internal control can the hospital financial management be regulated. In this study, the author mainly analyzes the internal financial control of the hospital, explores the problems existing in the financial internal control and risk management, and puts forward effective measures.
