为了增强光谱测试系统的数据采集和分析处理能力,对新兴的基于微型计算机的测试仪器技术———虚拟仪器作了研究,并将其引入光谱测试中。以编译型的可视化图形编程环境LabVIEW(实验室虚拟仪器工程平台)作为开发平台,开发出用于光谱测试和光谱数据处理的虚拟仪器系统。对光源和光探测器的光谱特性进行测试的实例表明,在LabVIEW上构建的虚拟仪器提高了光谱测试的自动化程度、精确度和测试效率。虚拟仪器在光电检测中的应用具有广阔的发展前景
In order to enhance the data acquisition and analysis and processing capabilities of the spectrometer system, a new virtual instrument based on the microcomputer-based test equipment technology was studied and introduced into the spectrum test. With the compilation of visual programming environment LabVIEW (Laboratory Virtual Instrument Engineering Platform) as a development platform, developed for the spectral test and spectral data processing virtual instrument system.
