近期,欧盟发布关于建设资本市场联盟的绿皮书,旨在通过建立一个统一的资本市场联盟等一系列创新改革举措,尽快破除商业融资瓶颈,促进欧盟整体经济增长。笔者结合欧盟近期推出的具体措施,对我国资本市场下一步改革发展提出几点思考。
Recently, the EU released a green paper on building a coalition of capital markets aimed at breaking the bottleneck of commercial financing and promoting the EU’s overall economic growth as soon as possible through a series of innovative reform measures like establishing a unified coalition of capital markets. The author combines the specific measures recently introduced by the EU on China’s capital market reform and development of the next step a few ponders.
