近年来,中国经济改革取得的丰硕成果,无疑令国人深感欣悦而让世界瞩目。这其中,有一条重要举措实在功不可没,这就是敞开国门迎外资。三资企业,有如银光闪烁的各种霓虹灯招牌,在华厦大地交相辉映。它们在给中国城乡居民带来物质生活繁荣的同时,也在给共和国的财政大厦添砖加瓦。很多外商在中国政策和法律许可的范围和轨道上合法经营,循序渐进,由此拓宽了他们的滚滚财路。但我们也不得不看到这么一个现实:一些不法外商,趁改革中出现的某种混乱局面,利用某些国人盲目媚外和贪图蝇头小利的心理,玩弄着一些狡猾奸诈的手段,在大肆“扒分”。由此而形成的一股共和国城墙下的泄流,令有良知的黄皮肤中国人痛心疾
