高职教育是高等教育中的重要组成部分。而体育教育则是教育过程中不可或缺的部分。高职院校中体育教师的专业素质直接影响着该院校体育教学的质量水平,随着学生以及家长对学生身体健康以及身体素质的要求逐渐增加,提高高职院校体育教学水平成为教学的一项重要内容,而高职院校体育教师的专业素质发展逐渐成为当务之急。本文将对高职院校体育教师的专业素质发展方向进行研究。
Higher vocational education is an important part of higher education. Physical education is an integral part of education. The professional quality of physical education teachers in higher vocational colleges has a direct impact on the quality of physical education in this university. With the students and their parents increasing their demands for physical health and physical fitness, the teaching level of physical education in vocational colleges becomes higher. An important content, but the professional quality of physical education teachers in higher vocational colleges has become a top priority.
