本工作采用多元统计分析中的 R 模式聚类分析与非线性映射方法对建筑陶瓷生产过程中的缺陷进行了分析。由此可以直观地看到多种缺陷在其多维变量空间中的自然构形,并划出了几个主要的成因区。这一工作对了解并研究克服这些缺陷将起一定的作用。此外,根据若干缺陷的高度相关性,还有可能减少检验项目,简化检验工作,从而进一步加强生产管理、提高产品质量。
This work uses the multivariate statistical analysis of R-mode clustering analysis and nonlinear mapping method of building ceramics production process defects were analyzed. From this, we can intuitively see the natural configuration of many kinds of defects in the multi-dimensional variable space and draw out several major generative zones. This work will understand and study to overcome these shortcomings will play a role. In addition, depending on the high degree of certainty of the deficiencies, it is also possible to reduce inspection programs and simplify inspection to further strengthen production management and improve product quality.
