中小学生权利与义务现状调查报告围绕中小学生权利保障和义务履行方面存在的问题进行了问卷调查。调查结果表明,中小学生法律知识及意识有待提高,权利保障有待进一步改善,义务履行能力有待加强。为此,应多途径、多层次加强中小学生法律教育;采取措施提高教育者尊重与维护学生权利的意识;以课业自理能力培养为起点,提高学生义务履行能力。
A survey on the status quo of primary and secondary school students’ rights and obligations conducted a questionnaire survey on the problems existing in the guarantee of rights and obligations of primary and secondary school students. The survey results show that the legal knowledge and awareness of primary and secondary school students need to be improved, the protection of rights needs to be further improved, and the ability to fulfill obligations needs to be strengthened. Therefore, we should strengthen legal education of primary and middle school students in many ways and at different levels, take measures to raise educators’ awareness of respecting and safeguarding students’ rights, starting from the cultivation of self-care ability and improving students’ ability to perform their duties.
