当我们走进课堂,当我们用心去欣赏和观察课堂,就会发现,课堂是一个潜在的巨大宝库。我们渴望着、追求着一种传授知识与技能的课堂,能够生成能力与智慧的课堂,我们更期盼着有生命涌动与成长,既有科学理性,又有人文灵性的课堂。一张讲桌,几排桌椅,不管是配备了粉笔还是电脑,都只是教室而己。一位教师,一群学生,台上教师滔滔不绝,侃侃而谈,台下学生面无表情,默默无声,这只是说教而已。
As we walked into the classroom, when we attentively watched and observed the classroom, we found that the classroom was a potentially tremendous treasure house. We are longing for a class that conveys knowledge and skills, and a classroom capable of generating power and intelligence. We also look forward to classes in which life surges and grows, both scientific rationality and humanistic spirituality. A table, a few rows of tables and chairs, whether equipped with chalk or a computer, are just classrooms. A teacher, a group of students, a teacher on stage, talking endlessly, the audience silent, silent, it is just preaching.
