利血平用作降血压药物已是众所週知的事,但通常所用剂型仅限于片剂和注射剂、一向依靠进口。去年大跃进以后,片剂本国已能大量生产供应市場需要,但注射剂供应仍缺。片剂口服疗效不佳或有时未見疗效,且小孩口服因味苦而致吐。为此,我們乃試圖改变给药途徑,做成栓剂应用。根据初步临床观察,認为有效。在应用片剂疗效慢、不佳或不見效情况下,能收到预期的治疗效果。迄今曾試用过七例(无病历可查者未计算在内),效果都很好,现將其制造方法及临床病例分述如下:
Reserpine is well known as a blood pressure lowering drug, but usually the dosage form used is limited to tablets and injections and has always depended on imports. After the Great Leap Forward last year, the tablet country has been able to produce a large number of supply markets, but injection supplies are still lacking. Tablets have poor oral efficacy or sometimes no efficacy, and children are vomiting due to bitter taste. For this reason, we are trying to change the route of administration and use it as a suppository. According to preliminary clinical observations, it is considered valid. In the case of slow, unsatisfactory or ineffective tablets, the desired therapeutic effect can be achieved. So far, seven cases have been tried (there are no records of those who have not been included in the medical record) and the results are very good.
