以弹性理论为基础,推导出圆形软岩巷道局部弱支护解析解,阐述顶、帮失稳与底鼓破坏相互影响的原因,软岩巷道发生的底鼓和顶板失稳问题可分为全周边弱支护和局部弱支护2种情况考虑,为巷道合理支护形式提供了理论支持。由此设计出全封闭钢筋网壳锚喷支护结构,基本消除了局部弱支护的影响。依托淮南矿业集团潘三矿巷道修复工程,完成室内模拟实验,网壳结构破坏特征主要呈现压剪破坏。现场监测表明,最大围岩收敛量和收敛率均满足设计要求,证明网壳锚喷具有结构合理、施工方便、能承受高应力及采动荷载作用等特点。
Based on the elastic theory, the analytical solution of local soft support in round soft rock roadway is deduced. The reasons for the interaction between top and bottom instability and kick drum destruction are explained. The instability of bottom drum and roof in soft rock tunnel can be divided into Weak support of the whole periphery and partial weak support are considered in 2 ways, which provides theoretical support for the reasonable support form of roadway. The design of fully enclosed steel mesh shell bolt spray support structure, the basic elimination of the impact of local weak support. Relying on Huainan Mining Group Pan three mine roadway repair project to complete the indoor simulation experiments, the main features of the destruction of the reticular shell structure shows the phenomenon of pressure shear damage. The on-site monitoring shows that the maximum surrounding rock mass convergence rate and convergence rate meet the design requirements, which proves that the anchor shell spray has the characteristics of reasonable structure, convenient construction and high stress and mining load.
