矮糯21(原名矮21糯)是绍兴市农科所以矮双2号/测21杂交育成的迟熟晚粳糯新品种。1983年和1984年参加省晚稻育种攻关协作组联合鉴定、联合品比试验,产量均居供试糯稻首位,与对照晚粳品种更新农虎6号、秀水48相仿。1985年参加浙江省晚稻品种区域试验,平均亩产321.3公斤,较对照双糯4号增产19.4％,差异达极显著标点。1986年继续参加省区试,平均亩产369.0公
