作者从3767人的血红蛋白病普查中,在湖北恩施、黄石两地各发现1例快速异常血红蛋白,介于HbA与HbJ之间,电泳迁移率相当于HbK组,血红蛋白稳定性轻度降低,通过血红蛋白变型的结构分析,证实其β链113位(G~(15))的缬氨酸被谷氨酸替代,称为血红蛋白New YorK。
From 3,767 people with hemoglobinopathies, one case of fast abnormal hemoglobin was found in each of Enshi and Huangshi of Hubei Province between HbA and HbJ. The electrophoretic mobility was equivalent to that of HbK group. The hemoglobin stability was slightly decreased, and hemoglobin Structural analysis of the variant confirms that valine at position 113 (G ~ (15)) of the β chain is replaced by glutamic acid, called hemoglobin New YorK.
