目的:首次对毛茛科乌头属植物碧江乌头的块根进行化学成分研究。方法:碧江乌头的干燥块根用甲醇渗漉提取,所得浸膏用1.5%HCl溶解,乙酸乙酯萃取,酸水溶液用5%Na OH调至p H为9,乙酸乙酯萃取,得总生物碱粗提物。粗提物用各种柱色谱进行分离纯化,经光谱数据(~1H-NMR,~(13)C-NMR,MS)进行结构鉴定。结果:分离得到8个二萜生物碱,分别鉴定为:talatisamine(1),aconosine(2),6-epi-neolinine-14-acetate(3),condelphine(4),cammaconine(5),14-acetylaconosine(6),14-O-acetylsachaconitine(7),liconosine A(8)。结论:首次对碧江乌头进行化学研究,从碧江乌头中分离得到8个二帖生物碱化合物。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the roots of Aconitum kaempferum in Ranunculaceae for the first time. Methods: The dried tuberous roots of Aconitum kaempferi were extracted with methanol percolation. The resulting extract was dissolved in 1.5% HCl and extracted with ethyl acetate. The aqueous acid was extracted with 5% NaOH until pH was 9 and extracted with ethyl acetate. Alkaloid extract. The crude extracts were separated and purified by various column chromatography and identified by spectroscopic data (~ 1H-NMR, ~ (13) C-NMR, MS). RESULTS: Eight diterpene alkaloids were isolated and identified as talatisamine (1), aconosine (2), 6-epi-neolinine-14- acetate (3), condelphine (4), cammaconine (5) acetylaconosine (6), 14-O-acetylsachaconitine (7), liconosine A (8). Conclusion: The chemical research of Bijiang Aconitum for the first time, eight Aconitum alkaloids compounds were isolated from Aconitum nigrum.
