比喻是修辞中最常见的一种辞格。英语和汉语,由于在词语选择、句式安排、文体风格以及文化背影等方面存在差异,所以在比喻的形式和方法上有所不同。我们要充分了解这些差异,避免出现“中国式的英语”或“英语式的汉语”。
Metaphor is the most common type of rhetoric in rhetoric. English and Chinese differ in the form and method of metaphor because of the differences in terms of choice, sentence arrangement, stylistic style and cultural backs. We should fully understand these differences and avoid “Chinese-style English” or “English-style Chinese.”
