“富士”系日本1939年杂交育成.我所1966年由日本引进。经各地试栽观察和多年鉴评,认为“富士”树性强健,适应性广,结果早,丰产稳产,果实中大,淡红色具条纹,果皮光滑,有蜡质,极少裂果,肉质细脆,果汁特多,酸甜可口,具有元帅的香甜和超国光的脆度,品质和耐藏性均优于目前生产上的主栽品种。鉴于我省目前优质晚熟耐藏品种所占比例较少,今年全省苹果良种鉴评会和省果树生产会决定将“富士”作为我省的重点发展推广品种。因立地条件不同果实品质有差异,丘陵山地和海滩河滩沙地果实上色好,果面洁净,风味浓;粘重多湿的平地果色较差,味略淡且易感轮纹病。引种切忌带花叶病的接穗。
