傅柏翠(一八九六—一九九三)是一位极富传奇色彩、叱咤风云的历史人物,在他近一个世纪的漫长人生历程中,有过辉煌,也有过困惑。他早年留学日本,参加了孙中山领导的中国同盟会,一九二七年加入中国共产党,翌年领导了著名的蛟洋农民暴动,一九三0年被 开除出党,旋又蒙「社会民主党罪魁」之冤,拥兵自卫搞「独立王国」,一九四九年五月举 率闽西起义重新回到革命队伍,一九八六年,九十高龄的傅柏翠被批准重新加入中国共产党。
Fu Bai Cui (1896 - 1993) is a legendary and all-powerful historical figure who has had brilliant and confused feelings over the course of nearly a century of his life. He studied in Japan in the early years, participated in the Chinese Alliance led by Dr. Sun Yat-sen, joined the Communist Party of China in 1927, and led the famous peasant revolt in Kao Yang in the following year.
