以港口为代表的我国基础设施建设投融资领域一直存在着需求与供给不匹配的难题。伴随投融资体制的改革和相关法制体系的逐步建成,借助新型金融投资工具,集合信托完全可以满足民间资本进入盈利能力较强的港口建设的意愿,同时,信托投资可能带来的控制权问题、财产流动性和独立性以及道德风险等问题仍然不容忽视,必须通过进一步的制度完善加以预防。
