随着输电电压的提高和电力系统联网容量的增大,电力系统对无功功率的调节能力要求越来越高。本文为此具体探讨了基于调度部门协调的电力运作管理措施与效果。
With the increase of transmission voltage and the increase of power system interconnection capacity, the power system needs more and more capacity of regulating reactive power. In this paper, we discuss specifically the power operation management measures and effects based on coordination of dispatch departments.
