贵州是全国脱贫攻坚的主战场,脱贫攻坚是我们最大的、首要的任务。脱贫攻坚整个过程是由一个个战役组成的,当前我们正在组织一场春季攻势,打响“春季攻坚战”。——陈敏尔刚刚过去的2016年,是打赢脱贫攻坚战的首战之年。这一年,贵州减少贫困人口120.8万人,是全国减贫人口1240万的十分之一。首战告捷,贵州不输承诺、不负民心。
Guizhou is the main battlefield to rid the country of poverty and its fight against poverty is our biggest and primary task.
