为了开发新的半矮生遗传资源供育种利用,于1982—1984对二个籼稻矮生突变系、三个半矮生品种和一个高秆地方品种的半双列式杂交组合的F_1代株高的测定、F_2代株高的分离以及F_3代株系的检验,获得主要结果是:(l)从“竹莲矮”诱变来的“丛生竹莲矮”(极矮生性)和从IR_(24)自然突变而来的“特矮稻”(矮生)杂交,F_1代表现半矮生(96.5cm),F_2代分离呈半矮生、矮生和极矮生三个峰,接近于9:4:3。经F_3代的株系检验肯定为二对基因的遗传,表明双亲各具有一对不等位的矮生基因(dz和dt)。由于相互对应的位点上各自存在有显性基因,故其基因型分别假定为dzdzDtDt和DzDzdtdt。(2)从粳(半矮)籼(高秆)杂交选育而来的半矮生品系“垫杂104”和“矮南特”杂交,F_1代表现半矮生,F_2代呈现以半矮生为均数的单峰正态分布,F_3的检验表现双亲等位。另一半矮生地方品种“南充一支蜡”与“矮南特”和“垫杂104”杂交,F_1代均为高秆,F_2代呈9高:6半矮:1卫矮生的分离,并经F_3的验证,都表明双亲不等位。(3)两个矮生系分别与“矮南特”和“垫杂104”杂交,均为一对基因之差,呈3半矮:1矮的分离,并经F_3验证,显示“矮南特”(或“垫杂104”)的基因型具有该二矮生亲本所各具有的一对显性基因,即DzDzDtDt;与“一支蜡”杂?
